Omlet na słodko z bananem

Za każdym razem powtarzam, że śniadanie to najważniejszy posiłek w ciągu dnia. I nie będę się tutaj rozwodzić nad tym, czy powinno być ono węglowodanowe, białkowe czy też tłuszczowe (to po pierwsze rola dietetyka, a po drugie to zbyt długi materiał, najlepiej na osobny post).

Najważniejsze, żeby śniadanie było tak zbilansowane, aby dało nam energię do południa i żebyśmy nie czuli się ciężko. Omlet to jedno z moich ulubionych śniadań (zaraz za owsianką!). W tej wersji na słodko, będzie miłą odmianą od tradycyjnego wytrawnego omleta. Jeśli nie lubicie bananów, można wykorzystać jabłka, borówki, maliny, truskawki – wybór jest ogromny. Sami wypróbujcie co Wam przypadnie do gustu 🙂

składniki:
1 porcja
2 jajka
3 łyżki mąki orkiszowej
4 łyżki mleka
1 łyżka miodu
1 banan
1 łyżka oleju rzepakowego
do podania: sok pomarańczowy, kawa zbożowa

Oddzielamy żółtka od białek. Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę. W misce dokładnie mieszamy mąkę, mleko, miód i żółtka. Następnie dodajemy pianę z białek i delikatnie mieszamy. Na średnim ogniu rozgrzewamy olej i wlewamy masę na patelnie. Przykrywamy pokrywką i na wolnym ogniu smażymy omlet. Jak tylko boki lekko się zarumienią układamy pokrojonego w plasterki banana i znowu przykrywamy pokrywką. Następnie przewracamy omlet na drugą stronę (najlepiej przełożyć na talerz i przełożyć na drugą stronę). Omlet świetnie smakuje z kawą zbożową i sokiem pomarańczowym.
