Krem z zielonych szparagów

Skoro sezon w pełni, używam szparagów do wszystkiego co się da. Przepis na krem z zielonych szparagów jest niezwykle prosty i zachwyci nawet najbardziej wybrednych smakoszy!

Szparagi są bogatym źródłem wielu witamin, m.in. kwasu foliowego, witamin C i E, wapnia, fosforu czy potasu. A co najważniejsze w 100 g zawierają tylko 18 kcal! Brzmi zachęcająco? 🙂

składniki:
3-4 porcje
500 g szparagów
3 ziemniaki
1 por
kawałek masła
3-4 łyżki śmietany
3/4 litra bulionu
do dekoracji: jogurt naturalny, rzeżucha lub natka pietruszki

Na maśle przysmażamy pokrojonego w paski pora i pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki. Następnie usuwamy zdrewniałe części ze szparagów i kroimy ja na mniejsze kawałki (główki odkładamy na bok) i również dodajemy do ziemniaków i pora. Chwile przysmażamy i przekładamy do garnka i zalewamy bulionem. Gotujemy do miękkości szparagów i miksujemy. Dolewamy śmietany i dodajemy główki szparagów i gotujemy, aż będą miękkie. Podajemy z kleksem jogurtu naturalnego i posypane rzeżuchą lub natką pietruszki.
