Bananowe gofry z jogurtem i dżemem

Idealny pomysł na dłuższe weekendowe śniadanie, a skoro jutro sobota to przepis wpasował się perfekcyjnie. Do takich gofrów możecie oczywiście wybrać dowolne dodatki, ja czyściłam lodówkę i zostało mi trochę dżemu i jogurt, więc wykorzystałam je w przepisie. Świetnie sprawdzą się świeże owoce, masło orzechowe, kremy czekoladowe, a i zaszalejmy – bita śmietana. Kto ma ochotę na takie pyszne, słodkie śniadanie? 😉 

składniki na 8 gofrów:
150 g mąki pszennej lub orkiszowej typ 500
2 jajka
1 banan
250 ml mleka
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu
1 łyżeczka cukru waniliowego
do podania:
70g skyru
naturalnego
25g dżemu o ulubionym smaku (u mnie brzoskwiniowy)
miód lub syrop klonowy

Przygotowanie:
Wszystkie składniki blendujemy na gładką masę. Gofrownicę wysmarowaną tłuszczem dobrze nagrzewamy i wlewamy po chochli masy. Zamykamy i pieczemy ok 5-8 minut, aż  gofry będą rumiane i z łatwością odejdą od gofrownicy. 
Gofry podaje z jogurtem i dżemem. Można też polać je miodem lub syropem klonowym. A i koniecznie do tego kubek aromatycznej kawy!

Gofrów możecie zrobić więcej, a później podgrzać je w gofrownicy. Wystarczy nagrzać gofrownice i już upieczone gofry włożyć do niej na ok. 5 minut. Będą gorące i super chrupiące 🙂
