Śniadaniowe babeczki z masłem orzechowym

Kto powiedział, że na śniadanie można robić tylko gofry, naleśniki czy omlety! Świetnie sprawdzą się cudowne czekoladowo-orzechowe babeczki z płynącym masłem orzechowym w środku.

Jak dla mnie idealny do kawy, na leniwe śniadanie w słoneczny (i nie tylko!) dzień. Dostarczą nam bardzo dużo energii, więc są świetne jako posiłek przed treningiem czy po prostu intensywnym dniem. Do tego przepisu użyłam pysznego masła orzechowego Mister Choc, które znajdziecie w sklepach Lidl.

składniki
na 2 porcje
3 łyżki mąki pełnoziarnistej pszennej
płaska łyżka kakao
1/4 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżka masła orzechowego Mister Chos + po 1 łyżeczce do środka
1 łyżka miodu
1 jajko
1,5 łyżki oleju rzepakowego + odrobina do wysmarowania foremek
3 łyżki mleka

Wszystkie składniki dokładnie ze sobą mieszamy. Foremki smarujemy olejem i wlewamy po czubatej łyżce masy czekoladowej. Następnie kładziemy łyżeczkę masła orzechowego i przykrywamy kolejną łyżką ciasta. Babeczki pieczemy przez 15 minut w 180 stopniach. Jeśli nie macie tyle czasu, a macie mikrofale to pieczcie w mikrofali przez 2-3 minuty na najwyżej mocy. Babeczki jemy tego samego dnia, najlepiej jeszcze ciepłe.
