Ekspresowa granola, jogurt grecki, melon i borówki

Chrupiąca granola! Nie znam nikogo kto by się mógł jej oprzeć. Jednak te kupne granole i musli zawierają zbyt wiele potrzebnych składników: od syropu glukozowo-fruktozowego do konserwantów i tłuszczów (grrrr!).

Jeśli nie mam czasu na wcześniejsze przygotowanie granoli (odsyłam do przepisu —>   klik ) to mam dla Was ekspresową wersję granoli zrobionej na patelni! Równie chrupiąca, a przede wszystkim szybka! Do tego ulubione owoce, jogurt, miód i pełnowartościowy posiłek gotowy! Co wy na to? 🙂

składniki:
2 łyżki płatków owsianych
2 łyżki wiórków kokosowych
1 łyżka otrąb owsianych
1 łyżka słonecznika
1 łyżka pestek dyni
1 łyżka orzechów włoskich
1 łyżka orzechów nerkowca
1 łyżeczka miodu

do podania: jogurt grecki, 1/4 melona, garść borówek

Wszystkie składniki na granole (oprócz miodu i masła) prażymy na patelni, aż się zrumienią. Następnie dodajemy masło, miód i całość mieszamy do połączenia składników. Granolę odstawiamy do ostygnięcia. Do miseczki nakładamy jogurt, na to granolę, kolejno melona i borówki.
Zdrowy deser lub drugie śniadanie gotowe!
