Sałatka z makaronem orzo i kurczakiem

Mimo, że majówkowy weekend już za nami, sezon grillowo-sałatkowy dopiero się rozpoczął. Mam dla Was przepis na sałatkę idealną na imprezę, grilla, czy po prostu na kolację. Makaronowe sałatki to morze możliwości, możemy łączyć z czym tylko mamy ochotę.

Połączenie kurczaka, kukurydzy i ogórka wydaje się mocno popularne, wręcz zaryzykowałabym stwierdzenie, że nudne, ale ja je uwielbiam, a ta sałatka należy do jednych z moich ulubionych!

składniki:
400 g makaronu orzo
pierś z kurczaka
przyprawa gyros
2 świeże ogórki
puszka kukurydzy
pęczek koperku
sos: majonez i jogurt grecki w proporcji 1:1 (ja użyłam po 2 łyżki majonezu i jogurtu) i 2 ząbki czosnku
sól, pieprz, olej rzepakowy

Przygotowanie: Makaron gotujemy w osolonej wodzie al dente i po ugotowaniu odstawiamy do wystygnięcia. Pierś z kurczaka kroimy w drobną kostkę, marynujemy w przyprawie gyros i smażymy na oleju rzepakowym i zostawiamy do ostygnięcia. Z ogórka usuwamy gniazda nasienne i kroimy w kostkę. Kukurydzę odsączamy z zalewy. Majonez i jogurt mieszamy z przeciśniętym czosnkiem. Koperek drobno siekamy. Do miski wrzucamy makaron, kurczaka, ogórek, kukurydzę i koperek. Dodajemy sos i dokładnie mieszamy. Sałatkę wstawiamy na minimum godzinę do lodówki.
