Sałatka z serem haloumi, kurczakiem i gruszką

Sałatki to mój uniwersalny sposób na szybki obiad czy kolację. Nieraz ląduje w niej cała zawartość lodówki (co o dziwo wychodzi zawsze pysznie!), a czasami lubię poświęcić więcej czasu nad doborem pasujących składników. Koniecznie spróbujcie pyszny ser haloumi, który wykorzystałam w tym przepisie. Znajdziecie go w dobrych supermarketach lub oczekujcie na Tydzień Grecki w Lidlu!

składniki:

2 garści miksu sałat
1 średni pomidor
1 dojrzała gruszka
3 plastry sera haloumi
3 polędwiczki z kurczaka
przyprawy: sól, pieprz, zioła prowansalskie, papryka słodka
sos: 2 łyżeczki musztardy sarepskiej, 3 łyżeczki miodu

Kurczaka marynujemy w przyprawach i smażymy po 4 minuty z każdej strony, aż kurczak będzie złocisty. Plastry sera układamy na patelni i smażymy po 3-4 minuty na każde stronie, aż ser się zarumieni. W misce nakładamy sałatę, następnie układamy pokrojoną w plasterki gruszkę i pomidora w kawałkach. Na wierzch układamy kurczaka i ser haloumi. Miód i musztardę mieszamy razem i polewamy całą sałatkę.
