Skoro dzisiaj obchodzimy Światowy Dzień Zdrowia to mam jedno przesłanie: JEDŹMY WARZYWA! Pyszne danie składające się z samych warzyw, lekko pikantnego sosu pomidorowego, a do tego tortilla i jogurt zachwycą nawet najbardziej wybrednych smakoszy! Mnie to danie zachwyciło i mam nadzieję, że również Wy staniecie się jego fanami!

składniki:
papryka czerwona
papryka zielona
cebula
koper włoski
250 g pieczarek
puszka fasoli czerwonej
mała puszka kukurydzy
660 ml soku pomidorowego
2 łyżki przyprawy do kuchni meksykańskiej
olej rzepakowy
do podania: po 2 tortille na porcje, jogurt naturalny

Przygotowanie: Na oleju przysmażamy cebulę i czosnek pokrojone w plasterki. Paprykę czerwoną i zieloną kroimy w większą kostkę, a koper w dużo drobniejszą. Gdy cebula się zeszkli dodajemy warzywa i przysmażamy około 10 minut. Pieczarki kroimy w ćwiartki i dodajemy do warzyw i smażymy kolejne 5 minut. Dodajemy sok pomidorowy i przyprawę do kuchni meksykańskiej. Gotujemy 10 minut i dorzucamy kukurydzę i fasolę. Dusimy jeszcze całość około 5 minut. Podajemy z tortillą i jogurtem naturalnym.

You might peek at Yahoo’s front page and see how they create article headlines to get viewers to click. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people excited about everything’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it might bring your blog a little bit more interesting.|
