Kurczak w pomidorach z kolendrą po gruzińsku

W maju zeszłego roku brałam udział w warsztatach kuchni gruzińskiej i od tego momentu zachwycam się nią nieustannie. Prostota dań, kilka składników i mamy wspaniałe, aromatycznie danie.Tym przepisem na kurczaka musiałam się z Wami podzielić, danie praktycznie robi się samo, a dzięki kolendrze klasyczny kurczak nabiera nowego wyrazu. Polecam podawać go ze świeżym, chrupiącym chlebem, ale świetnie będzie smakować również z kaszą, ryżem czy też pieczonymi ziemniakami. 

składniki:
4 podudzia z kurczaka
4 udka z kurczaka bez skóry
50g masła
2 cebule
3 ząbki czosnku
2 łyżeczki soli
pół łyżeczki pieprzu
1l passaty pomidorowej
pół pęczka natki pietruszki
pęczek kolendry

Przygotowanie:
W garnku o grubym dnie układamy podudzia i udka z kurczaka, dodajemy pokrojoną w większą kostkę cebulę oraz czosnek. Garnek ustawiamy na małym ogniu. Po 3 minutach dodajemy kawałki masła, sól oraz pieprz. Garnek przykrywamy i dusimy kurczaka na małym ogniu przez 30 minut. Następnie zalewamy kurczaka passatą pomidorową i dodajemy natkę pietruszki i pół pęczka kolendry. Gotujemy jeszcze przez 1-1,5h na małym ogniu. Pod koniec gotowania dodajemy drugie pół pęczka kolendry (kilka listków możemy zostawić do dekoracji). Podajemy kurczaka z chlebem, ziemniakami lub kaszą.
