Placki jogurtowe z jabłkami

Zdecydowanie jestem bardzo placuszkowa i racuszkowa. Moja miłość do placków, naleśników i racuszków jest prawie tak duża jak do makaronów i w ogóle całej włoskiej kuchni.
Jogurtowe placki z jabłkami, które dziś dla Was przygotowałam są niesamowicie wilgotne i smakują jak szarlotka!
Takie placuszki będą świetnie smakowały z jogurtem lub śmietaną. Spróbujcie też z wegańskim jogurtem kokosowym PLANTON (znajdziecie w Lidlu – kliknij tutaj) To zdecydowanie moje ulubione połączenie, do tego świeże owoce i pełnowartościowy posiłek gotowy!

składniki:
1 jabłko
300g jogurtu naturalnego
1 jajko
2 łyżki cukru
2 łyżki miodu lub syropu klonowego
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
szklanka mąki orkiszowej
szczypta cynamonu
olej rzepakowy do wysmarowania patelni
do podania: śmietanka kokosowa, jogurt, orzechy, syrop klonowy

Przygotowanie:
Mąkę, proszek, cynamon i cukier mieszamy w misce. Dodajemy jogurt, starte na średnich oczkach jabłko oraz jajko. Wszystkie składniki mieszamy razem.  Patelnię smarujemy olejem i rozgrzewamy. Smażymy placuszki na mniejszym ogniu po 3-4 minuty z każdej strony. Podajemy z ulubionymi dodatkami. Świetnie smakuje ze śmietanką kokosową, syropem klonowym i migdałami.
Z przepisu wychodzi ok. 12-14 placuszków.
