Zupa z porem, ziemniakami i kiełbasą

Typowe swojskie i jesienne danie. W dodatku naprawdę ekspresowe. Cała filozofia tkwi w pokrojeniu warzyw (jak tylko chcemy) i wrzuceniu ich na bulion, banalne prawda? 🙂
Ciekawa jestem jak Wam zasmakuje taka propozycja! 🙂

składniki:
6-8 porcji
500g-600g ziemniaków
2 pory
2 cebule
2 łodygi selera naciowego
2 marchewki
bulion (2-3 litry) lub dwie ekologiczne kostki rosołowe + 2-3 litry wody
200 g kiełbasy
2 ząbki czosnku
olej rzepakowy
do smaku: sól, 3 ziarna ziela angielskiego, 5 ziaren pieprzu, 2 liście laurowe
natka pietruszki

Cebulę, czosnek, pora, marchewki i selera kroimy w kostkę (albo jak nam wygodnie) i wrzucamy do garnka, gdzie grzeje się już olej. Dusimy warzywa około 10 minut na wolnym ogniu. W tym czasie kroimy ziemniaki w kostkę i kiełbasę na plasterki. Zalewamy warzywa bulionem (lub wodą i dodajemy kostki rosołowe), dodajemy ziemniaki, kiełbasę i przyprawy (oprócz soli). Gotujemy zupę do miękkości ziemniaków. Pod koniec gotowania, jeśli zajdzie taka konieczność dodajemy sól.
