Korzenny kompot jabłkowy

Zdarza się, że pofolgujemy sobie z jedzeniem lub wybierzemy potrawy, które są ciężkostrawne. W takim przypadku polecam Wam serdecznie korzenny kompot jabłkowy z dodatkiem kopru włoskiego. Nie tylko fantastycznie smakuje, ale też pomoże w dolegliwościach trawiennych 🙂

składniki na 1 porcje:
1 jabłko
pół łyżeczki kopru włoskiego w ziarnach
2-3 goździki
pół łyżeczki cynamonu
1 łyżka miodu
250 ml wody

Przygotowanie:
W garnuszku umieszczamy pokrojone jabłko, koper włoski, cynamon, goździki i wodę. Od momentu zagotowania gotujemy ok. 15 minut. Następnie odstawiamy do częściowego wystygnięcia, a następnie dodajemy miód.
