Krem z dyni

Dynia przede wszystkim kojarzy nam się z jesienią. Pomyślicie sobie: Skąd ja mam teraz wziąć dynię?! Już Wam odpowiadam! Ostatnio w Carrefourze znalazłam mrożoną dynię w kostce. Stąd właśnie dzisiejszy przepis.

Oczywiście przepis jest uniwersalny i jak tylko pojawi się sezon możemy użyć świeżej dyni. Pyszny i rozgrzewający kubek kremu z dyni to idealny pomysł na obiad lub kolację!

0,5 kg dyni
3 łyżki masła
2-3 ząbki czosnku
papryczka chilli (użyłam 3/4 papryczki, ale jeśli wolicie bardziej pikantną zupę, dodajcie więcej)
kawałek imbiru
sos sojowy
śmietanka kremówka
1 pomidor (lub garść pomidorków cherry bez skóry)
1 l bulionu
do podania: uprażone pestki dyni, posiekana bazylia, grzanka

Na maśle przysmażamy dynię. Dodajemy posiekaną chilli i czosnek, a imbir ścieramy na tarce. Dodajemy pomidora bez skóry (lub pomidorki cherry, w zależności co akurat mamy pod ręką). Dusimy wszystko około 5-7 minut i zalewamy bulionem i gotujemy, aż dynia będzie miękka. Zupę miksujemy i doprawiamy sosem sojowym, pieprzem oraz śmietanką kremówką. Całość mieszamy i przelewamy do miseczek. Podajemy z uprażonymi pestkami dyni, posiekaną bazylią i grzanką.
