Naleśniki z beszamelem, pieczarkami i szynką

Nie znam osoby, która nie lubiłaby naleśników. Kochamy je wszyscy i ze wszystkim: z serem, czekoladę, owocami, dżemami, czy też ze szpinakiem lub meksykańskie z mięsem mielonym.

Dzisiaj mam dla Was propozycję na naleśniki z pysznym sosem beszamelowym, pieczarkami i szynką. Nie ma przy nich dużo pracy, a jednocześnie można je przyrządzić wcześniej, a przed podaniem odgrzać w piekarniku. Idealny pomysł na obiad, czy kolację.

składniki:
ciasto naleśnikowe:
szklanka mąki pszennej
2 jajka
3/4 szklanki mleka
szczypta soli

beszamel:
1 łyżka mąki
1 łyżka masła
1 szklanka zimnego mleka
sól, pieprz, gałka muszkatołowa
400 g pieczarek
6-7 plastrów szynki
duża garść startego sera żółtego
kawałek masła
olej

Składniki na ciasto naleśnikowe dokładnie ze sobą mieszamy i smażymy naleśniki na oleju.
Masło rozpuszczamy w rondelku, dodajemy mąkę i dokładnie mieszamy i smażymy około 1 minuty. Dodajemy mleko i cały czas mieszając, gotujemy do zgęstnienia sosu. Przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem i gałką muszkatołową. Gdy będzie gotowe, odstawiamy na bok.
Pieczarki kroimy w plastry i przysmażamy na oleju, pod koniec dodając odrobinę masła. Szynkę kroimy w kostkę i dorzucamy do pieczarek i razem smażymy około 2 minut. Beszamel, szynkę pieczarki i garść startego żółtego sera łączymy dokładnie ze sobą.
Naleśniki napełniamy farszem i składamy na 4 części tak, aby powstały nam trójkąty. Układamy je w naczyniu żaroodpornym, posypujemy żółtym serem i przykrywamy folią aluminiową i zapiekamy w piekarniku około 10 minut w temp 180 stopni.
