Czerwone śledzie

Śledź! W Święta i nie tylko bardzo często gości na naszych stołach. U mnie w tym roku w trzech odsłonach: tradycyjnym z cebulką i olejem, z sosem śmietanowym i pysznym sosem pomidorowym. Te ostatnie chciałabym Wam dzisiaj przedstawić. Szybkie i naprawdę pyszne!

składniki:
5 płatów śledzia
3 małe cebule
słoiczek koncentratu pomidorowego (90g)
sól, pieprz i cukier do smaku
papryka ostra i słodka
3/4 szklanki oleju rzepakowego

Śledzie moczymy w wodzie przez min. 12 godzin. Cebulę siekamy w kostkę i przysmażamy na 5 łyżkach oleju. Gdy cebula będzie szklista dodajemy koncentrat i przyprawy. Można dodać tez odrobinę wody, aby lekko rozrzedzić masę. Smażymy całość około 5 minut i wlewamy resztę oleju. Dokładnie mieszamy składniki, gotujemy jeszcze przez 3-4 minuty i odstawiamy do ostygnięcia. Kilka łyżek masy nalewamy na dno słoika, układamy pokrojone śledzie i znowu kolejna warstwa masy i tak, aż do końca składników. Prawda, że proste? 🙂
