Dania jednogarnkowe: #2 Duszony kurczak z włoszczyzną i kuskusem

Jak obiecałam przygotowałam dla Was kolejny przepis na dania jednogarnkowe dla studentów. Uwielbiam ten przepis ponieważ wystarczy tylko kilka podstawowych składników, a możemy wyczarować cudowne danie.

Przepraszam za tygodniowe opóźnienie, niestety spowodowane po raz kolejny natłokiem obowiązków. Ale już teraz zapraszam na przepis, który już za tydzień w piątek! 🙂

Dla 2-3 osób
składniki:
7-9 pałek z kurczaka
opakowanie mrożonej włoszczyzny w paski (np. Hortex)
sól, pieprz
garść natki pietruszki
szklanka bulionu
olej
kuskus

Kurczaka doprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Do garnka o grubszym dnie wlewamy olej i przysmażamy pałki z kurczaka na złoty kolor. Po przysmażeniu zalewamy danie szklanką bulionu. Dusimy przez 20-25 minut. Następnie wrzucamy do garnka włoszczyznę  i dusimy jeszcze przez 10 minut. Natkę pietruszki drobno kroimy i wrzucamy do garnka. Kuskus przygotowujemy wg instrukcji na opakowaniu. Na talerz wykładamy kuskus, kurczaka i włoszczyznę i polewamy sosem, w którym dusiło się mięso. Nasze danie gotowe! 🙂
