Tarta z łososiem i mozzarellą

Po długiej przerwie spowodowanej nauką niestety musiałam odstawić swoją pasję na bok. Ale już wróciłam do Was. Dzisiejszy przepis znalazłam w książce Karola Okrasy i Pascala Brodnickiego, którą można było zdobyć przed świętami w specjalnej promocji Lidla.

Oczywiście musiałam wykorzystać okazję i swoją kolekcję ksiązek kucharskich powiekszyłam o jeszcze jeden egzemplarz 🙂 Tarta wyszła pyszna i co najważniejsze wykorzystujemy w niej gotowe ciasto francuskie, co skraca czas przygotowywania naszej potrawy wkraca się dosyć znacznie. Jako ciekawoskę podaję, że domowe ciasto francuskie robi się około 12 godzin (chyba jestem za mało cierpliwa). Dobrze, a teraz czas na przepis!

składniki:
opakowanie ciasta francuskiego
5 jajek
100g śmietany 30%
3 małe pomidory
150 g łososia wędzonego
1/2 pęczka szczypiorku
2 kulki mozzarelli
kawałek masła
bazylia
sól i pieprz

Rozgrzewamy piekarnik do temperatury 180 stopni. Przygotowujemy formę do tarty. Smaruje ją masłem i po delikatnym rozwałkowaniu ciasto układamy w formie i dociskamy do spodu i brzegów.
Pomidory parzymy i obieramy ze skóry. Pozbywamy się gniazd nasiennych i kroimy w drobną kostkę. W misce rokłócamy jajka i dodajemy śmietanę, sól i pieprz. Mieszamy do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Na cieście francuskim rozkładamy łososia i mozarellę i wachlarz, zalewamy to naszą masą jajeczno-śmietanową, posypujemy pomidorem i ponownie na wierzchu układamy łososia i mozzarellę. Posypujemy szczypiorkiem i bazylią. Tak przygotowaną tartę pieczemy przez 20-25 minut aż do ścięcia się masy jajecznej. Po upieczeniu posypujemy tartę szczypiorkiem. Tarta pysznie smakuje na ciepło, ale można ją podawać również na zimno!
