Kurczak Tikka Masala z ryżem basmati i sałatą z dressingiem cytrynowym!

Na zewnątrz już powoli wita nas jesień, więc już czas na rozgrzewające dania. Dzisiaj typowe indyjskie curry – kurczak tikka masala po mojemu. Pyszny, pikantny i z pewnością rozgrzewający!

Samo curry robimy dosyć szybko dlatego, że używamy gotowego słoika pasty curry tikka masala.
Jednak w tygodniu w biegu pomiędzy pracą, a innymi obowiązkami takie rozwiązania najlepiej wykorzystywać. Dzięki nim możemy cieszyć się domowym obiadem w pół godziny!

składniki:
słoik sosu Tikka Masala firmy Patak’s
mała puszka mleczka kokosowego (165g)
400g pomidorów z puszki
1 cebula
3 filety z kurczaka
2 łyżki oleju rzepakowego
kawałek imbiru
jogurt naturalny
natka pietruszki
cytryna
ryż basmati
sałata lodowa
dressing: sok z połowy cytryny, 6 łyżek oliwy z oliwek, sól, pieprz

Cebulę kroimy w piórka, a imbir w drobną kostkę i przysmażamy na oleju rzepakowym przez 5 minut. Następnie dodajemy kurczaka pokrojonego w większą kostkę. Podsmażamy kolejne 5 minut i dodajemy sos Tikka Masala, a po 2 minutach dodajemy mleczko kokosowe oraz pomidory z puszki. Całość dusimy przez 15 minut. Gotujemy ryż basmati według instrukcji na opakowaniu. Składniki na dressing dokładnie łączymy ze sobą. Sałatę rwiemy na kawałki i polewamy dressingiem.
Kurczaka podajemy z ryżem i sałatą.
