Ser! Nie znam nikogo, kto by go nie lubił. A dzisiaj mam dla Was przepis na zupę serową – pyszną, kremową i cudownie sycącą. Do takiej zupy możecie dodać ulubione sery: pleśniowy lazur, brie, gorgonzolę, mozzarellę – wybór jest ogromny!

Do dzisiejszego przepisu wybrałam jednak delikatne sery, które dodatkowo sprawiają, że zupa jest jeszcze bardziej kremowa. Przepis ten bierze udział w konkursie ‘Pokonaj Szefa Kuchni’, w którym należało wykorzystać sery MSM Mońki. A skoro sery były tematem głównym to postanowiłam przygotować zupę serową. Możecie dodać do niej grzanki, ale też inne niespotykane dodatki jak nachosy czy popcorn. Kreatywność nie zna granic! 😉

składniki:
200g serka topionego kremowego Mońki
4 plastry sera Podlaskiego
70g sera camembert
1 duża cebula
1-2 łyżeczki masła
garść posiekanej natki pietruszki
pieprz czarny
sól
grzanki z chleba razowego (lub inne ulubione dodatki jak popcorn, nachosy)
500 ml wody
1 piramidka smaku (znajdziecie w Lidlu)

W garnku rozpuszczamy masło i dodajemy posiekaną drobno cebulę. Podsmażamy ok. 7 minut, aż cebula będzie szklista i miękka. Wodę zagotowujemy w czajniku i zalewamy piramidkę smaku. Po 5 minutach wlewamy do garnka i gotujemy kolejne 10 minut. Następnie do garnka dodajemy serek topiony i gotujemy 5 minut. Po tym czasie dodajemy ser camembert, a po kolejnych 5 minutach dodajemy posiekany ser Podlaski. Zupę gotujemy 15 minut. Pod koniec gotowania doprawiamy solą, pieprzem i posiekaną natką pietruszki. Zupę podajemy z grzankami lub innymi dodatkami.
