Druga odsłona inspiracji książką Lidla ‘Kuchnia Polska’. Chałkę zazwyczaj jadałam świeżo upieczoną z masełkiem (pyyycha), albo na następny dzień w formie francuskich tostów.

Jednak nie spodziewałam się, że taka wersja tostów będzie równie wspaniała! A jaki zapach unosi się po całym domu! Koniecznie spróbujcie – to naprawdę przepis w 5 minut!

składniki:
1 porcja
3 kromki chałki
2 łyżki twarożku koziego
1/4 granatu
1 łyżeczka miodu
1 łyżeczka oleju rzepakowego

Patelnię (najlepiej teflonową) smarujemy olejem rzepakowym i układamy kawałki chałki (nie rozgrzewamy wcześniej patelni). Smażymy chałkę, aż będzie rumiana z obu stron. Tosty smarujemy twarożkiem, posypujemy pestkami granatu i polewamy miodem. Podajemy z kawą z mlekiem lub kawą zbożową!
