Czas na wtorek! A we wtorek co do chleba! ­čÖé Dzisiaj pyszna, pomidorowa i lekko pikantna pasta z soczewicy. Zdrowa, daj─ůc du┼╝o energii i jednocze┼Ťnie bardzo smaczna ­čÖé koniecznie wypr├│bujcie, to tylko chwila, a naprawd─Ö warto!

składniki:
200 g czerwonej soczewicy
1 cebula
3-4 z─ůbki czosnku
2 łyżki oleju rzepakowego
3-4 marchewki
mały słoiczek koncentratu pomidorowego (90 g)
2 łyżki sosu sojowego
woda
przyprawy:
1 łyżka papryki słodkiej
3-4 ziarna ziela angielskiego
1 li┼Ť─ç laurowy
1/4 łyżeczki curry
1/4 łyżeczki kuminu (kminu rzymskiego)
1/4 łyżeczki chilli
s├│l, pieprz

Cebul─Ö kroimy w pi├│rka, a czosnek w plasterki i przysma┼╝amy na oleju. Nast─Öpnie dodajemy pokrojon─ů w plasterki marchewk─Ö i sma┼╝ymy ok 4-5 minut. Kolejno wrzucamy soczewic─Ö i wszystkie przyprawy. Sma┼╝ymy ca┼éo┼Ť─ç 5 minut i wlewamy ok. 100 ml wody. Zmniejszamy ogie┼ä i gotujemy, a┼╝ soczewica ‘wypije’ ca┼éy p┼éyn i znowu dodajemy wod─Ö, a┼╝ do momentu, gdy soczewica b─Ödzie prawie rozgotowana. W po┼éowie gotowania dodajemy s┼éoiczek koncentratu. Gdy soczewica i warzywa b─Öd─ů ju┼╝ mi─Ökki (prawie rozgotowane), odstawiamy je, a┼╝ lekko przestygn─ů i miksujemy blenderem na g┼éadk─ů mas─Ö. Uprzednio jednak usuwamy li┼Ťcia laurowego i ziele angielskie.
Pasta nadaje si─Ö ┼Ťwietnie na grzanki, do chrupkiego pieczywa czy jako dip do surowych warzyw.
