Spring rollsy z łososiem, mango i rukolą

Spring rollsy – idealna propozycja na kolację, czy przekąskę. Świetnie sprawdzi się również na imprezie za znajomymi! Taki papier ryżowy możemy nafaszerować czym tylko chcemy.

Jednak mnie najbardziej smakuje to połączenie owoców mango z łososiem! Polecam każdemu – są naprawdę proste w wykonaniu. Jeśli chcemy możemy je również zamknąć ze wszystkich stron i zapakować do pracy, czy na uczelnię! 🙂


składniki:
na 5 rollsów;
5 plastrów łososia
5 płatów papieru ryżowego
5 plasterków mango
garść rukoli
sos słodko-pikantny chilli

Do miski wlewamy letnią wodę i zanurzamy płat papieru ryżowego. Gdy już zmięknie wykładamy go na talerz. Układamy na nim rukolę, łososia i mango i zawijamy. Podajemy z sosem chilli. Farsz można ułożyć na środku papieru ryżowego i zamknąć z każdej strony lub tak jak widać na zdjęciach zawinąć jak tortillę, żeby farsz wystawał.
