Kurczak w sosie porowym z makaronem

Pomysł na szybki obiad z kurczakiem w kremowym sosie porowym. Tym razem podałam go z makaronem, ale świetnie sprawdzą ryż, ziemniaki czy też kasza jaglana. 

składniki:
2-3 porcje
600g mięsa z udek z kurczaka
2 pory
20g masła
1 łyżeczka soli
1/2 łyżeczki pieprzu
pęczek natki pietruszki
3 ząbki czosnku
1 czerwona cebula
100g śmietanki 30%
250g makaronu papardelle

Przygotowanie:
Mięso z udek z kurczaka kroimy na większe, równe kawałki i wrzucamy do garnka o grubszym dnie. Dodajemy cebulę i czosnek pokrojone w większą kostkę oraz masło. Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Teraz dopiero wstawiamy garnek na kuchenkę i zaczynamy dusić kurczaka pod przykryciem na średnim ogniu przez ok. 20 minut. Następnie dodajemy pół posiekanego pęczka pietruszki i dolewamy wody, odrobinę – tak, żeby woda przykryła mięso. Dusimy kurczaka 40 minut pod przykryciem na mniejszym ogniu. Na patelnię wlewamy 1 łyżkę oleju rzepakowego. Pora kroimy w pół księżyce i wrzucamy na patelnię. Dodajemy kawałek masła, posiekaną natkę pietruszki oraz odrobinę soli. Podsmażamy pora przez 3 minuty. Wrzucamy pora do garnka na 10 minut przed końcem duszenia kurczaka i wlewamy śmietanę. Kurczaka podajemy z makaronem ugotowanym al dente.

I ain’t saying your content isn’t solid, but what if you added a title that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is a little vanilla. You might look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create post headlines to get people interested. You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers interested about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.|
