Jogurtowa galaretka z malinami

Szybki deser, a mimo wszystko zdrowy – okej, w galaretce może i znajduje się dość sporo cukru, ale dodając do niej kwaśne maliny i skyr lub jogurt grecki bez cukru otrzymamy pyszny deser z większą ilością białka. Tak się zastanawiam, czy nadal chcielibyście, abym do każdego przepisu dodawała wartości odżywcze danej potrawy? Dajcie znać i trzymajcie się zdrowo!
P.S. A tymi bąbelkami na wierzchu się nie przejmujcie, po prostu bardzo energicznie mieszałam galaretkę z jogurtem, żeby wszystko dobrze połączyć 😉 

składniki na 2 porcje:
1 opakowanie galaretki owocowej o ulubionym smaku (ja wybrałam brzoskwiniową)
150g jogurtu skyr
200g malin (mogą być mrożone)

Przygotowanie:
Galaretkę rozpuszczamy w 400 ml gorącej wody i czekamy, aż wystygnie. W drugiej misce umieszczamy skyr i stopniowo dodajemy wystudzoną galaretkę energicznie mieszając. Przelewamy do dwóch naczyń i do każdego naczynia dodajemy po 100g malin. Wstawiamy galaretkę do stężenia do lodówki.

BIAŁKO: 15g
TŁUSZCZE: 0,4g
WĘGLOWODANY: 42,8g
