Ryż na mleku a’la Belriso z jabłkiem i cynamonem

Musimy osłodzić sobie troszkę ten czas, w którym aktualnie się znajdujemy. Jestem pewna, że każdy z nas ma zapas ryżu  na kilka tygodni, więc nie pozostaje nam nic innego jak zrobić przepyszny kremowy ryż na mleku z dodatkiem jabłka i cynamonu. Dodatek skyru sprawia, że nasz ryż jest przyjemnie kremowy, a smak przypomina popularny deser Belriso. Jeśli wolicie słodszą wersję to dodajcie więcej cukru lub miodu. Smacznego!

składniki na 1 porcję:
40g ryżu białego
250ml wody
100ml mleka 2%
1-2 łyżki cukru
ekstrakt waniliowy lub ziarenka z połowy 1 laski wanilii
1 opakowanie skyru
1 jabłko 
1 łyżeczka miodu

Ryż gotujemy w 250ml wody (bez soli), jak ryż wchłonie wodę, wlewamy mleko, cukier (w zależności jak słodki ryż lubicie), ekstrakt waniliowy i gotujemy ok. 10 minut, aż ryż wchłonie częściowo mleko. Odstawiamy do lekkiego wystudzenia. W tym czasie jabłko kroimy w kostkę i przekładamy na patelnie. Wlewamy 150ml wody i doprawiamy cynamonem, dusimy jabłka, aż zmiękną, a woda wyparuje. Lekko ostygnięty ryż łączymy ze skyrem (można użyć skyru waniliowego, ale wtedy lepiej pominąć cukier przy gotowaniu ryżu). Ryż podajemy z duszonymi jabłkami.
