Indyk to pyszne i delikatne mięso, ale sami przyznacie, że bywa też kapryśne i często wychodzi suche. W poniższym przepisie indyka dość długo dusimy na wolnym ogniu, dzięki czemu mięso jest soczyste i kruche!
Dodatek marchewki z groszkiem od zawsze kojarzy mi się z domem, kiedy to marchewka z groszkiem z dodatkiem masła serwowana była jako dodatek do obiadu. Postanowiłam ten smak zachować w jednogarnkowym daniu z indykiem w roli głównej. Smacznego!
składniki:
3-4 porcje
2 polędwiczki z indyka
mieszanka marchewki z groszkiem – mrożona 400g
200-300 g ryżu
łyżka masła
200 ml śmietany 18%
garść natki pietruszki
sól, pieprz
piramidka smaku do rosołu (Lidl)
do zagęszczenia sosu: 1 czubata łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej + trochę zimnej wody
Przygotowanie:
Indyka kroimy w plastry i obsmażamy na 1 łyżce oleju rzepakowego. Następnie dodajemy wodę i mieszkankę marchewki z groszkiem – tak aby woda przykryła wszystkie składniki. Dodajemy sól, pieprz i piramidkę smaku. Gotujemy całość na wolnym ogniu ok. 45-50 minut. Gdy indyk będzie już miękki w kubeczku mieszamy 1 łyżeczkę mąki ziemniaczanej i trochę zimnej wody i wlewamy do garnka cały czas mieszając. Dodajemy śmietanę (śmietana powinna mieć temperaturę pokojową) oraz posiekaną pietruszkę. Indyka podajemy z ryżem i posypujemy posiekaną natką pietruszki.
