Kurczak faszerowany suszonymi pomidorami i mozzarellą

Kto z nas nie lubi kurczaka, a w dodatku w towarzystwie suszonych pomidorów, mozzarelli i z aromatem bazylii – dla mnie to połączenie jest idealne. A w tym przepisie pokaże Wam, że zrobienie takiego kurczaka wcale nie jest trudne 🙂

składniki:
2 porcje
2 piersi z kurczaka
4-5 plastrów mozzarelli
5-6 mniejszych pomidorów suszonych pokrojonych w paseczki
garść świeżej bazylii
przyprawy: sól, pieprz, papryka słodka
sałatka: pomidory, ogórek, sałata rzymska, słonecznik i łyżka oliwy z oliwek
do podania: chleb, ryż, ziemniaki

Przygotowanie: 
Kurczaka nacinamy w poprzek, tylko nie do końca (tak jak na zdjęciu). Kurczaka przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem  oraz słodką papryką. W sakiewce układamy mozzarellę, suszone pomidory i świeżą bazylię. Kurczaka zapiekamy w temp. 180 stopni przez 30 minut.
Tak przygotowanego kurczaka możemy podać z sałatką, ziemniakami, ryżem czy chlebem.
