Dzisiejsza pogoda zachęciła mnie do dodania zimowego już postu. Delikatna, słodka korzenna latte to idealna propozycja na podwieczorek czy dodatek do drugiego śniadania.

Uwielbiam kawę, ale w takiej wersji traktuję ją bardziej jako deser, niż źródło pobudzenia 🙂 W dzisiejszym przepisie wykorzystałam nowość na polskim rynku – syrop trzcinowy marki DIAMANT. Możecie go już szukać w sklepach!

składniki:
na 2 porcje
4 ciasteczka korzenne
400 ml mleka
4 espresso
1 łyżka syropu trzcinowego DIAMANT

Mleko podgrzewamy i za pomocą spieniacza tworzymy delikatną piankę. Ciasteczka kruszymy i wsypujemy 2 łyżeczki do 4 espresso. Dodajemy łyżkę syropu trzcinowego. Do wysokich szklanek wlewamy spienione mleko, a następnie kawę z rozpuszczonymi ciasteczkami i syropem. Wierzch kawy posypujemy ciasteczkami.
