Sypana drożdżówka z kruszonką

Już powoli przygotowujemy się do tłustego czwartku! W tym roku przygotowałam dla Was dwa przepisy, dzięki którym każdy, kto boli się ciasta drożdżowego, na pewno da radę.W wtorek kolejny przepis, a tymczasem zapraszam na sypaną drożdżówkę. Ciasto w przygotowaniu jest bardzo proste, bo bez wyrabiania! Komu ciasto drożdżowe nie wychodzi lub się boi spróbować zachęcam do wykonania tego przepisu na początek. Wystarczy dobrze odmierzyć składniki i po kolei umieścić je w misce, poczekać, wymieszać, upiec i gotowe. Taka wersja ciasta drożdżowego wyjdzie każdemu – obiecuję! 🙂

składniki:
100g świeżych drożdży
szczypta soli
3/4 szklanki cukru 
opakowanie cukru waniliowego
3/4 szklanki oleju
5 roztrzepanych jaj
3/4 szklanki ciepłego mleka
4 szklanki mąki tortowej typ 450

Kruszonka:
pół szklanki mąki
80g masła
2 łyżki cukru pudru
1 łyżeczka skórki otartej z cytryny

Przygotowanie:
Wszystkie składniki PO KOLEI! umieszczamy w misce. Nie mieszamy! Miskę przykrywamy ściereczką i odstawiamy w ciepłe miejsce na ok. 2h. Po tym czasie dokładnie łączymy ze sobą wszystkie składniki i przekładamy na blachę wyłożoną wcześniej papierem do pieczenia. Na wierzchu posypujemy kruszonką lub jeśli chcemy możemy dodać jakiś lekki owoc (np. borówki czy maliny). Drożdżówkę wstawiamy do zimnego piekarnika na środku i ustawiamy go na 180 stopni. Od momentu jak piekarnik się nagrzeje pieczemy ciasto 30 minut, aż drożdżówka będzie na wierzchu rumiana. 

Kruszonka: 
Mąkę, masło i cukier ucieramy ze sobą tak, aby powstały nieregularne grudki. Dodajemy skórkę startą z cytryny.
